Technical Support On-Location

AV Technician On-Location
Leave the technical mumbo-jumbo to us. A qualified experienced AV technician can deliver, install and operate AV equipment and pack it up when you're done.
We can provide camera and sound operation for recording, live webcasting, or closed circuit (CCTV) to another location.

Our service is available in Eastern Ontario Canada Only.
We do not ship outside of this region. No - U.S. deliveries.

CONFIRMING AVAILABILITY
Please provide us with the date and time you wish to pick-up and return the rental equipment. Reserve your equipment in advance when possible since some equipment is in limited supply.
PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSITS
A deposit may be required when reserving certain popular items. Certain items, such as camcorders, require security deposits. You may hold your rental equipment reservation with a major credit card. Payment is due upon receipt of equipment. Personal cheques are not accepted, purchase orders are required for corporate clients who establish an account.
ELIGIBILITY
Individuals renting AV equipment will need to provide a photo ID and a major credit card, both bearing the customer's name. You should have home or business insurance that will cover the rental equipment while it is in your possession. You are responsible for the full replacement value of the equipment and should have the resources to pay for it in the event of a mishap. We reserve the right to refuse rental to individuals or organizations whom we deem ineligible for these services.
TERMS
Prices posted may vary or change without notice. Additional charges may apply according to your requirements. Prices quoted do not include taxes. Minimum rental term is 24 hours. Minimum rental contract amount $20 (before taxes). Additional terms are indicated in the Rental Contract, which you will be required to sign before receiving equipment. The Rental Contract may be obtained via fax.
SUBSTITUTION
We cannot guarantee that specific models requested will be available and we may substitute a different model. Equipment pictured in this internet website is for illustration only and does not necessarily represent equipment offered.
